Full refund in USDC, any time in the first 30 days, no questions asked.

Crypto payments have no chargebacks, so you get no protection from a card network. This policy is what replaces it, and it is honoured without argument.

How. Email the contact form with the transaction signature. Refunded in USDC to the paying wallet, normally within two business days.

Network fees (fractions of a cent, paid to validators) are not refundable.
